Leader of the Faith Militant revival. Transformed religious fervor into a standing army (the Sparrows) that doesn't require gold funding but cannot be controlled by feudal authority. Imprisoned both Cersei and Margaery. His zealot armies ignore gold upkeep costs but dramatically increase the risk of losing administrative control over the capital. Killed in Cersei's wildfire explosion.
