Which channel should I use?
A bug, a wrong answer or an idea — Discord. Wrong character data is the most common report we get: a region, a trainer class or a signature Pokémon that does not match the anime. Say which game and which character and it is usually fixed the same week.
Anything about your account — Discord as well. Lost progress, a username you want changed, a streak that broke through no fault of yours. Include the username; we cannot look anything up without it.
Copyright, privacy, press or partnerships — email. These need a written record, and a DMCA notice has to identify the exact material and the page it appears on before we can act on it.
Reports travel a lot faster with the page URL, what you expected and what happened instead, and a screenshot if the problem is something you can see. A report of "the game is broken" with no page attached usually ends in us asking which game.

- Do I need an account to play?
- No. You can play all games as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track your XP, unlock cards, appear on the leaderboard, and sync your progress across devices.
- When do the daily challenges reset?
- All daily challenge games (Pokedle, Higher or Lower, Wordle, Emoji Riddle, Pixel Trainer, Impostor, and Region Quiz) reset at midnight UTC every day.
- What is the XP system?
- Every game you play earns XP. Completing daily challenges gives bonus XP. As you level up, you unlock new cosmetic cards displayed on your profile. XP is purely cosmetic — it does not give in-game advantages.
- Is Pokémon Minigames officially affiliated with Pokémon?
- No. Pokémon Minigames is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, The Pokémon Company, or any official Pokémon entity. All character and Pokémon names and related content belong to their respective owners.
