A blue, blob-shaped Patient Pokémon with stubby arms, a black tail bearing eye spots and a permanently cheerful expression.

Excitable and oblivious, Wobbuffet pops out of its Poké Ball at the worst moments, saluting and shouting its own name much to Jessie's frustration.
